• Stage the property to make it more marketable or advise what to remove
• Photograph the property by a professional, inside and out
• List the property on the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
• Advertise real estate properties to gain the attention of prospective buyers social media such as Advertising on Lindsey Sarah Realty Group website, Facebook, Twitter, Multiple Listing Service, Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com
• Supervise and/or schedule property showings and open house if needed
• Negotiate the best terms
• Communicate with appraisers (attend the property appraisal) escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors

Responsibilities of the Seller

• Get smoke and carbon monoxide certificate
• Retrieve final water and sewer bill if needed
• Schedule a septic inspection if needed
